Refurbishment and extension to a family home in a prominent corner location. The extension is stepped back from the existing garden wall in order to maintain the wall’s artwork and to keep alterations to the Avignon Road elevation to minimum.

The extension improved circulation and enhance connectivity between living areas and garden. European oak glazed sliding doors introduce natural light deep into the house and provides a warmth balanced aesthetic to the bricks walls. Projecting lace brick pattern to Avignon Road oscillates in appearance depending on natural light conditions.
